The Jack Bloor award supported me to join the FRA for a navigation weekend in the fells, Kettlewell. Over the weekend we combined theory and practice of navigation, including a night navigation. I gained skills for navigating solo in a range of weather conditions, and thanks to the award I have confidence to take on new navigation challenges!
