Application for a grant The Jack Bloor Memorial Fund is available to young people under 26 years who live in or are based in Yorkshire and are a member of a Yorkshire Sports Club or a National Sport Governing Body (NSGB). Grants are only awarded for improving physical or technical skills in any recognised outdoor adventure sport.

Up to 50% of the total cost is available with a maximum of £400. One award per person per calendar year.

Please note application forms will only be considered if we receive them before the start of the trip/event.

Applications can be made all year round. Successful applicants are asked to provide a short report plus a couple of photographs detailing what the grant has helped you to achieve. It may be in any format such as a link to a post on a social media site, written report, in an email. This will be used to promote the fund and also to provide assurance to both donors and the board of trustees that the funds are being spent appropriately.
